DB_Oracle_RAC_Instance agent not shown 'deactivated' for several minutes after clicking 'Stop monitoring' in the Database Dashboard -
Description
When trying to stop RAC instances using the "Stop Monitoring" function in the Global View databases dashboard, the instances are not stopped. All sessions continue in the RAC instances. The only way to stop instances is stopping agents manually using Agent Status. -
Cause
The DB_Oracle_RAC_Instance continues to maintain connections. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
Stop the agents in the Agent Status dashboard

Please contact Support for a hotfix for this issue.
STATUS
This issue has been logged as defect FOM-358 and has been fixed in the 5.9.7.10 and higher releases of the Oracle cartridge.
