Oracle PI can not collect Disk Reads + Direct Writes since LAST_ACTIVE_TIME column for view V$SQLAREA is 0.00 for some Oracle versions (4227433)

For some Oracle versions (11.2.0.3.0 or 12.1.0.2),  the LAST_ACTIVE_TIME column for view V$SQLAREA may be null and appear as 0.00

Disk Reads and Direct Writes cannot be collected by PI.

Product defect

For some Oracle versions LAST_ACTIVE_TIME column from view V$SQLAREA could be null. For this case, collect "Disk Reads" and "Direct Writes" can not be collected by PI.

Defect ID FOG-218 was logged for this issue which has been fixed in the 6.0.0.10 and higher releases of the Oracle cartridge.
