Where can scoping queries / topology type or database agent collections associated with rules be found? -
Cause
For database agents the name of the scoping query is analogous to the database agent collection names.

RESOLUTION 1
In the Rules Report the property "Scoping Query" is listed for the rules in the report.
RESOLUTION 2
Edit the rule in Administration | Rules & Notifications | Rules
Select the Rule Definition tab
The topology type is listed in the Rule Scope field
