ANSI Joins tool in Query Builder cannot link multiple joins correctly (4226052)

I have a complex query with multiple joins. When I load the query into the Query Builder and click on the ANSI Join Syntax button (the 'A' button) and the query is converted. But when I run the query in the Toad editor, I would receive the following errors:

ORA-00904: "<Alias>"."<Table_Name>": invalid identifier

ORA-00918 - column ambiguously defined

It looks like there may be mismatches between the joins causing this error.
