"DAX I/O error 103, SQL Tuning not installed" error when trying to launch Tuning. (4225321)

When trying to launch SQL Tuning anywhere in SQL Navigator I get the "DAX I/O error 103, SQL Tuning not installed" error.

I have restricted privileges on my system but I can access SQL Nav and everything else without problems.

1. Please go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest Software and note what path is the value for the LFPATHSQLNav variable. Make sure it is the correct path to your current SQL Navigator install.

2. Check if you have read and write privileges to your SQL Nav registry and the installation directories for SQL Nav and Tuning. If this is restricted, please test the issue by having an admin user log into your system and try using SQL Navigator and launch Tuning. Grant the appropriate read and write privileges if this is the issue.
