Get "Key validation handler is not assigned" message using UNIX Monitor or UNIX Job Scheduler (4224863)

When connecting to UNIX, through the UNIX Monitor or UNIX Job Scheduler features, using Secure FTP / SSH, the following error message is received.

"Key validation handler is not assigned. Please handle the OnKeyValidate event and implement proper key validation code there."

WORKAROUND #1:
Connect using FTP / Rexec, instead of Secure FTP / SSH.

WORKAROUND #2:
Downgrade to Toad for Oracle v9.6.1.

This issue has been fixed in  version 10.0 of Toad for Oracle.   The installation file of this version if available at:
