How to turn off feature, not to use online feature to remotely execute script.
To not use the online feature, all you have to do is go to the Toad menu View | Toad Option | Online and uncheck the option "Enable MyToad".
Per Toad Developers, transferring of Toad user settings is supported within two version difference only. If more than two version difference between the two Toad versions, transferring of the user settings files may not work or might cause Toad to be unstable.
