How to Add, Remove and Change the order of Report Fields
How to Remove Column Headers (fields):
1. Right click the column header in the report and select Remove Field
2. To save the report for future use click File | Save Report Settings and select a location and name for the new report
How to Add Column Headers (Fields):
1. Right click an existing column header to which you want to prepend the new field and select Insert Field
2. Choose the new field you want to add to the report
Note: Only fields that are relevant to the report you are trying to edit are displayed
3. To save the report for future use click File | Save Report Settings and select a location and name for the new report
How to Change the Order of Column Headers (fields):
1. Right click the column header you want to move and select Remove Field
2. Right click an existing column header to which you want to prepend the field you removed in step 1 and select Insert Field
3. Select the field you removed in step 1
4. To save the report for future use click File | Save Report Settings and select a location and name for the new report
Note: To group the results by any field, right click the field and select Group By. To un-group by a field, right click the grouped filed and select Un Group.
