Storage:  Unable to validate Brocade Agent

Storage:   CimClientException: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized

Validation of <Brocade Network Advisor IP> with agent <Storage Agent Name> had a problem. Authentication failure occurred due to invalid user name or password: Please provide correct credentials for the specified system. Extended information: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.dell.foglight.storage.collector.smis.CimClientException: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized [Content-Length: 0] 1073741831 The alarm message describes the reason for the validation failure, so it can be remedied and allow data collection.

Brocade Network Advisor (BNA)
BNA user password may have been changed or was not assigned the proper read/write access.

And/OR

Bad password or user entered with Foglight storage credential

Brocade Network Advisor(BNA)

1. Log on to the BNA using the same credential as the one assigned for the storage agent
2. Ensure read/write access roles are assigned to the user

Foglight 

1. Once BNA's user settings are verified, retype the user name and password in storage agent's credential tab when editing agent.
