With Spotlight Cloud/Essentials configured correctly in Spotlight, the following error appears:
"Error message: Diagnostic Server - Spotlight Cloud data transfer Spotlight Cloud data transfer failed: Downloading cloud data failed : HTTP error 401 (Unauthorized) at URL https://api.spotlightessentials.com/alarmQueue?ds=PSPOTLAPP01:3843 with error HTTP 401 Unauthorized Upload to Spotlight Cloud @ https://api.spotlightessentials.com/api/v2/procedure failed : HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized 'Invalid user token"
WORKAROUND:
1. Select Configure | Spotlight Cloud/Essentials option
2. Uncheck all checkboxes to disable this feature and hit OK
3. Reopen Spotlight Cloud window and re-enable feature
4. Re-enter same email account and hit OK

Waiting for fix in future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
