Error code 1337 Security id structure is invalid in Desktop Authority (4223432)

You are attempting to configure the Desktop Authority File\Registry permissions element, but the settings are not being applied. The sltrace.htm file in the C:Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Desktop Authority folder shows “Return Code: (1337) The security ID structure is invalid.”

Excerpt from sltrace.htm file:

Multiple groups or accounts (Principals) are listed on the same line separated by a semicolon because they were typed in manually. Desktop Authority will not process the element correctly because the Security ID (SID) for all the security groups or users has not been resolved. The screenshot below shows only the SID for the Domain Admins group.

Each group or account needs to be on a separate line.  This can be accomplished by browsing to the accounts and groups.  The SID should be visible for each security group and user account.
