SQL Server has returned a failure message to LiteSpeed which has prevented the operation from succeeding. The following message is not LiteSpeed message. Please refer to SQL Server books online or Microsoft Technical Support for a solution:
"The server principal "SERVERNAMEinstancename" is not able to access the database 'model' under the current security context.

Incorrect cluster and security setup.

Please contact the security administrators for the cluster and server.

The above error may be accompanied by the error: "An error occured when attempting to detect if LiteSpeed was installed on SERVERNAME. The error message is: Failed to login to SQL Server"
