Creating the rule to run the script periodically.

1. Navigate to Administration/Rules & Notifications / Create a Rule.
2. Assign a Rule Name, select Simple Rule, then Schedule Driven.
3. For a cleaning rule, suggestion, run it as “Weekly Off Hours Maintenance”.
4. In Rule Scope, select “No Scoping Query”

Click on Condition & Actions tab.

1. Open the Fire drop down menu, and then paste the groovy script on it.

1. Check if the green check-mark to validate the script returns the right condition
2. If condition is valid, you should see this message:

   Once Finished button is pressed, the rule confirmation that been successfully added to the system will be displayed

   In order to disable the rule it can be done over the Administration | Rules & Notifications | Rule Diagnostics, select Non-Cartridge Rules, then select the rule and mark as disabled.

   Please remember to disable the previous Rule edited
