Cannot install ScriptLogic Service on Domain Controller 'Access is denied'
The Anti-Virus client has blocked writing of executable files in the Windows Folder, and Event ID 257 “Blocked by access protection rule. Access to object C:\WINDOWS\System32\SLServer.exe was blocked by rule Common Maximum Protection:Prevent creation of new executable files in the Windows folder.” is displayed.
Cause

Anti-Virus program does not have required application Exceptions added.
Resolution

Configure Anti-Virus exceptions for Desktop Authority version 8.x.
