Current user is not the local or domain administrator.

Cause
In the DAInstaller.log there is information that will assist in fixing this issue.
One issue is the error:
ERROR Unable to check group membership. GroupSID: 'S-1-5-XX-XXX-XXX-XXX, user: 'Domain\UserName'.
ERROR IsGroupMembe System.DirectoryServices.AccountManagement.PrincipalServerDownException: The server could not be contacted. ---> System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.LdapException: The LDAP server is unavailable. -
Resolution
Check the FQDN and Domain short name. Try pinging both names in the command prompt from the machine that receives this error.
If unable to ping these locations, look into the settings and configuration related to DNS that may cause the issue.
