Error: "Failed to mount the specified source database. Unable to connect to.....edb database (att (4219213)

The following error occurs when trying to register source from Offline Exchange Information Store database or extract database from a regular backup of the Microsoft Exchange Server: "Failed to mount the specified source database. Unable to connect to.....edb database (attach:....stm): Invalid or unknown language id".

CAUSE

The error will occur if the language locale setting on the Exchange Server does not match the language locale setting of the computer running Recovery Manager for Exchange.

Set the appropriate language locale on the Windows 2000/2003/XP computer to resolve this error.
