Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Delete the xml files and recreate, choosing LiteSpeed.msi, LiteSpeed-x64.msi, or LiteSpeed-IA64.msi.
STATUS: An Enahncement Request has been submitted for a future version of LiteSpeed
