Resolution
WORKAROUND:
If you want to move the central repository, you can back it up (using either native SQL Server or LiteSpeed) and restore it into the destination server. Then re-run the LiteSpeed Instance Configuration on each server having LiteSpeed for SQL Server and point to the new central repository.If you want to delete central repository. You can unlink the Central Repository by running "Instance Configuration" on each server. Then delete the Central Repository.
If you want to temporary stop posting statistics to the central repository, you can simply disable the "LiteSpeed Activity Service" under services. This will stop the posting activities.
