Trying to install or upgrade and installer is hung on "Determining disk space..."
Resolution

WORKAROUND

Allow time for the installer to finish (sometimes about 20minutes or so) or Disable any AntiVirus on the system and right-click setup.exe and select Run as administrator. Also ensure User Account Control (UAC) is disabled.
Additional Information

Enabling Microsoft Installer (MSI) Logging can also help you narrow down the problem.
