You have just restored and registered an Exchange database within Recovery Manager for Exchange under source storages and when clicking on the + sign to expand the database in the window or when right clicking on the database and choosing open you recieve an Access is Denied error.
This can happen if multiple people are accessing Recovery Manager for Exchange via remote desktop and opening the same registered databases at teh same time.
Close Recovery Manager for Exchange.
Open Services snap in for windows.
Locate the Quest Exchange Locator and the Quest Operator Requests Server and stop and restart both of these services.
Each database registered in Recovery Manager for Exchange should only be accessed via one open console at a time.
