How to change the Performance Analysis (PA) for SQL Server repository settings to accept a change of SQL Server ports being used?

Resolution
After the SQL Server port has been changed for the SQL Server instance for the Repository, run the PA_MSSQL_Installer again that was used to do the original installation on the monitored host and select the install a Repository option.
Leave the monitored details as before within the PA_MSSQL_Installer and then click on the next button. The PA_MSSQL_Installer will detect that there is a Repository installed for the and ask if you want to override the Repository Configuration for this instance. Please click on Yes, Override Repository Configuration.
On the next screen, put the Dot in the circle next to the word custom and enter the new SQL Server port for the SQL Server Repository Instance then follow through the screens as before when the installation was being installed to complete the reconfiguration of the Repository.
Attached in the SQL REP ziipped file are some screen shots of the screens you should be seeing when reconfiguring the Repository to work on the new SQL Server port. -
