Unable to revoke licenses in Recovery Manager for Exchange 5.5.x and higher.
Cause

It is no longer possible to revoke licenses allocated to mailboxes or .pst files. This functionality was removed do to the ability to abuse licensing in previous versions of the product.
Resolution

When you have expended all licenses in the installed license file (that is, all licenses have been allocated to mailboxes or .pst files), to register new source storages you need to obtain and install a new license file holding a greater number of licenses.
