When migrating a GroupWise user, the error given below is seen and the user is not migrated.
ERROR: [7496-21-5-00001D4A] Unable to login to GroupWise as user 'username'
[7498] Check User ID.
Possible causes:
WORKAROUND 1
Uncheck the "Limit grace logins" option if it is enabled for the user account. Novell's ConsoleOne User Guide provides more information on this option.

WORKAROUND 2
Uncheck the "Disable logins" option if it is in place for the user. More information on "Disabling and Enabling GroupWise Accounts" is available in Novell's GroupWise product documentation:

WORKAROUND 3
Regenerate the Trusted Application key, following the steps mentioned below:

WORKAROUND 4
Try logging into the GroupWise client on the Migrator for GroupWise (MFG) migration server as the user being migrated. The user being migrated will need to be able to login to the GroupWise client. This requires a full GroupWise license.
