PowerControls license not working. (4048013)

Symptoms:
The customer installed PowerControls onto the NetVault Backup Server, as well as the license key and fails. The Exchange Server is on a different machine.
The license key was written on an Email and not supplied as an attachment. The customer then generated a text file and placed the PowerControls key text within that text file and saved it. The customer then changed the ending of the file type from "txt" to "ini" and saved again. This license ini file was stored on the PowerControls machine. Then the PowerControls was launched and browsed to the NetVault Server and pointed to the license ini file and this is where the license failed to install.

The Power Controls license is for the customer's Exchange Server and is tied to the NetBios name of the Exchange Server they are protecting; not the Machine ID of the NetVault Backup Server.
Outlook will also have to be installed on the NetVault Server.
Adding license key text to a Text document and changing the file suffix to "ini" is not supported. The PowerControls license key is generated in the States, but has to be requested from the License Department in the UK. The PowerControls license key will be a generated "ini" file and attached to an Email sent from the License Department.
