Description:
Large VTLs fail to fully initalize after creation/addition
Symptoms:
After creating and adding a large VTL on a SmartClient, the initialization of the library will hang with one or more drives becoming stuck while checking headers, loading tapes, unloading tapes, etc...
Some anti-virus programs cause problems during the initialization of VTLs on SmartClients. NOD32 is currently known. If you encounter these problems, try disabling your anti-virus and recreating / adding the library.
