The Overnight Job Summary shows jobs with a Running Status: "Unknown".
Symptoms:
Running the overnight job summary report, if you view the running status field the running status is 'unknown'
On the server, select the NetVault Configurator and click the "Schedule Manager" tab. 'Number of days to keep other jobs in database' is set to 90 days as default. After 90 days these jobs will no longer be on your "Overnight Job Summary Report". You can see that the start dates are less than 90 days and have not passed yet.
We are not suggesting you decrease this default from the 90 days to get rid of these entries.
There is a safer option - leave this value at its default setting and then in the reports window make a copy of the "Overnight Job Summar
