Description:
If running large amounts of jobs subsequent job launches fail with a "connection failed" message.
Workaround/solution/Procedure:
Under "my computer" right click -> Manager -> services & applications
-> services,
Select "NetVault Process Manager" -> "Properties"
select "Logon Tab" CHECK "Allow service to interact with desktop"
This allows NetVault 3 MB of memory instead of 512K.
