After upgrading netvault client to version 853 backup of client fails with Error creating volume (4047163)

OS Version: windows 2008 R2

Symptoms:

Upgraded client from netvault version 8.2 to netvault 8.53.
VSS backups fail creating the snapshot as seen in binary log below.

Cause:

Filesystem plugin does not seem to have upgraded correctly as we can see the file system plugin reports in self to be version 7.4.14 which is the Filesystem version used in netvault 8.2
