Description: Jobs failing with error: 'Owning user does not have EXECUTE_JOB permission'
Symptoms: running jobs fail and when you look at the log you see the message:
'Owning user does not have EXECUTE_JOB permission'
Caution: all other users previously created in access control will be deleted when creating the new users.bin file.
This problem can be resolved by stopping the NetVault services and then going to the NetVault\db folder and renaming the 'users.bin' file and then restarting NetVault services. This will create a new users.bin file with the default and admin users. You cannot recreate the default user in access control as it will not have the correct UID.
Note: all other users previously created will be deleted when creating the new users.bin file.
Note: If you have created users other than the default and admin, I would suggest that you just recreate the failing jobs since there is no way to recreate the user that was deleted unless it's the default or admin user.
