Can't blank "OTHER" media
Symptoms:
Media in a library are marked as "OTHER", and attempting to blank these media results in a pop-up message "User may not blank this media".

Make sure library and drives aren't added separately to NetVault; the drives must be configured into Drive Bays on the "Drive Selection" tab when adding the library. If the library configuration was saved before configuring the drives into Drive Bays, the the drives were subsequently added as Stand Alone devices, perform the following -
1. Remove the library and drives from NetVault,
2. Perform an "Auto-configure device" from the Device Management window (see section 4.1.1 of the NetVault: Backup Administrator's Guide for more information).
