BakBone Software, Inc. announces the following End-of-Life schedule for the following NetVault: Backup Platforms.

Marketing End-Of-Life January 31, 2007
End of Full Support July 30, 2007
End of Sustaining Support October 31, 2007
End-of-Life October 31, 2007

Marketing End-of-Life (MEOL)
As outlined in the NetVault: Backup APM CY2006 Going Forward End-of-Life Policy, BakBone’s Marketing End-of-Life (MEOL) for the specified NetVault: Backup platforms are designated as January 31, 2007.

Full Support
Full Support for the specified NetVault: Backup platforms will be provided by BakBone Software, Inc until January 31, 2007.
Full Support includes the following:
Telephone and electronic support consisting of:
Answers to the customer’s questions
Workarounds, where possible
Escalation support, response time adherence
Bug fixes for all severities where commercially feasible
Enhancement Requests
Certification with newer OS versions that are certified by the application vendor for operating systems that are already supported by NetVault: Backup.

Sustaining Support
Sustaining Support for specified NetVault: Backup platforms will be provided until October 31, 2007 at no additional cost to the NetVault: Backup customer.
Sustaining Support includes the following:
Telephone and electronic support consisting of:
Answers to the customer’s questions
Workarounds, where possible

Sustaining Support does NOT include the following:
Escalation support, response time adherence
Bug fixes for all severities where commercially feasible
Enhancements
Backporting of fixes
Certification with supported products, newer operating sy
