“Valued customers and partners as you may be aware, Microsoft has recently announced end of support for Windows 2000. Here at BakBone Software our published support policy states “OS Platforms and versions as well as Application versions will remain supported through the manufacturers End-of-Support-Life date as long as the Product Release remains in either Full or Sustaining Support as defined by BakBone Software.�

We recognize that many of our customers remain on Windows 2000 today and we are therefore extending our Sustaining Support, as defined at www.bakbone.com <http://www.bakbone.com> <http://www.bakbone.com <http://www.bakbone.com> > through calendar year 2011 allowing our customers ample time to upgrade to currently supported platforms.�
