Description;
How do I tell that my backup is running with encryption?

Symptoms;
Logs do not indicate anything pertaining to encryption. You would think to see an encryption version being shown amongst the logging entries in relation to the File system Plugin version and OS versions. Much like you would with VSS or OFM in conjunction with the File System Plugin.

Solution/Workaround;
Other than restoring a backup to a client that doesn't have the correct key phrase, there is no way to tell if the backup was encrypted. If the backup is encrypted, the restore will fail with a key phrase error.

A case has been opened with our engineering department to add this feature.
