Symptoms:
Updates and initial creation of the relationship were failing with no activity between the primary and the filer.
The SnapVault job will hang on 'update relationship'.
This issue has been resolved with the latest plugin version 2.0.1. Install 2.0.1 or higher and apply the following steps.
1. Stop the OSSV service via the OSSV configurator on the primary machine
2. Restart the OSSV service via the OSSV configurator on the primary machine
3. Re-open the SnapVault Manager GUI
4. Create a new distinct relationship with the same folder on the same primary machine
5. Perform an update on the relationship
6. Remove the new relationship
7. Recreate the original relationship
8. Perform an update
