Symptoms:
-"No valid license keys installed" error message when clicking on the logs icon in the NetVault GUI.
-NetVault Server permanent license was already installed a while ago and therefore shouldn't be having this license error message.
The NVDB is not in the default location and resides on a LUN.
Some user had removed the LUN and therefore NetVault had no access to the NVDB.
The LUN was reconnected and the license error message disappeared.
