Internal FAQ - detailing how to look up FMS records that have been migrated from the
clearquest FMS system into the new fault management system JIRA. -
Resolution
#1 select the find issues 'tab'
#2 select 'all projects' if you are unsure of the module/product involved
#3 select issue type 'Any'
#4 scroll down until you reach the custom fields section
#5 enter the full clearquest fms id into the 'ClearQuestID' field
e.g. fms_200024225
#6 hit the view button -
