Symptoms:
Last access date changed by backup.

The last access time is modified indirectly when we open the file for incremental pre-scan and later when we open the file for backup. After the file has been backed up, if the user adds the 'ResetAccessTimes' value to TRUE in the nvfs.cfg , the plugin will set the access time back to what it was when the backup began.

When the stanza isn't present the plugin acts as though the value is set to FALSE.

The nvfs.cfg is located on "all" machines in the netvault/config folder, since each machine will have it's own file system plugin.
