/ go into device manager make a note of all library names and standalone drive names.
/ remove all libraries and standalone drives
/ stop netvault
/ go to ¦ NetVault\db\MediaDatabase\Records and delete file DeviceTree
/ go to ¦ NetVault\db\MediaDatabase\Indexes and delete file DeviceTree
/ start netvault
/ add libraries and standalone drives using the original device names to make sure target sets will have the required drives selected.
/ test with backup
Reason:
This problem seems to be corruption to the netvault device tree that is contained within the media database. The fix is to remove the device tree recreate a new one that is empty and add the devices again, which will create a new device tree structure.
