Description
All the jobs were failing with the following error:
Failed job ... during tenant media validation. Please check your tenant media quota.

Cause
The number of attempted connections exceeded the allowed number on the postgre db. Since a connection to the media database couldn't be established to query the media quota, the error above was displayed and the job failed. -
Resolution
This can be corrected increasing the number of allowed connections to the postgre database:
1. Stop the NetVault Process Manager.
2. Stop the NetVault PostgreSQL database server.
3. Open the NetVault Backup\db\pgsql\postgresql,conf.
4. Look for the "max_connections", increase the value by 200 and save. (Default is 400).
5. Start NetVault PostgreSQL database server.
6. Start the NetVault Process Manager.
