Description: I just happen to notice that there are greyed-out question marks (?) on the Selections tab of the backup for the Information Store on Cluster 3. What do they mean?
Symptoms: A discolored and/or grayed out "(?)", shows up within your backups selections.... "usually"... that means that a job was created with a previous version of a plugin, and now that it's been updated, one or more of the options within that plugin are no longer valid.

You can normally fix it by just going into Job Management, right click on the Scheduled Job, do a "Edit/View Job", Modify the job... expand the plugin and uncheck whatever is no longer valid (you can usually tell by it being grayed out, in color...in comparison to the rest)... once you've modified the job, re-submit it (traffic light button) and that should take care of it, and you should no longer see the "(?)".
