With the Webex meeting set up, and the relevant participants in attendance -

1. On the local machine do not share the desktop.

2. In the Meeting Centre window select the participant from the list in the Participants Pane, right-click then select "Change role to -> Presenter".

3. Ask the participant to click "Share Your Desktop".

4. On the local machine select "Sharing -> Request remote control".
