Title: All data needed for restore is not available
Symptoms:
Customer wanted to restore a single file from a Windows 2003 client machine. The customer inserted the tape and performed a scan.
After that the correct Saveset reappeared in the Restore window and was able to select the file that they wanted to restore from the Saveset.
However when the customer ran the restore job, it aborted with severe error message "Media request failed: Media request no backup".
When the customer right-clicked on the Saveset in the Restore window and selected "Media list", the window advised that the backup and the job index was on that very tape. There was also a message in the Media List window saying "All data needed for a restore is not available".

The item that the customer wanted to restore was on an Incremental tape. In order for the job to restore the data, the job needs to have the Full tape loaded and scanned into the tape library i.e. online and can be seen in Media Management. Once the Full tape was scanned in, the restore job could complete successfully.
