NVDB backup gets error "Job ID - Schedule - Policy is implemented on client that cannot be found" (4044254)

Description:
When doing a NetVault Database Backup. "Job ID - Schedule - Policy is implemented on client that cannot be found"

The client can't be removed from the policy, because it isn't listed in the implement on clients window.
Delete the original "Policy" that is mentioned in the error and recreate a new one... once you do that and run another backup of the NVDB, you will no longer get the above mentioned error.
