Description: "Dr. Watson" errors when launching domain management GUI. The NetVault server license (in this case, it runs on snap) expired.

Symptoms: "Dr. Watson" errors

Enable the License for NetVault in the GuardianOS

Snap Servers ship with BakBone's NetVault server software preinstalled with a Workgroup Server license.

1 Through the SNAP Admin Browser Access the NetVault configuration screen. This is in the ADD/Ons Feature column, once here select BakBone NetVault.

2 Obtain additional licenses (Optional).
Click the link at the bottom of the configuration screen for information on available upgrade functionality and instructions on how to purchase additional licenses.

3 Configure NetVault by completing the following fields as
appropriate.
Enable NetVault Select Yes to enable, then in the Licensing field enter the new license key (if you obtained one from in step 2).

4 Click Save.
