Hyper-v Plugin single node doesn't display/list VMs
When trying to browse the localhost within the Hyper-V Plugin for a single node environment, the plugin will try to list the VMs and in less than a minute the window will refresh without listing any VMs. The plus sign won't be showing anymore next to the localhost.

Cause
This may be related to an absence from the get-vm cmdlet. Try running get-vm from an elevated powershell window on the node and confirm if the cmdlet exists or isn't installed.
A different Hyper-V feature may be missing as well.
