Description:
"Cannot find an active destination drive" error when reading tape.
Symptoms:
Tape drive goes offline or drive fails to read tape header; and the error "Cannot find an active destination drive" is continuously logged.
Unload tape(s) before restarting NetVault service, or configure "Return Inactive Media to Slot Delay" to 1 or larger so NetVault automatically returns tapes to slots when they are inactive for a period of time.
