Resolution
In this instance, customer had just upgraded from an older version of NetVault (v7.0), to the current version (v7.45). When he ran a filesystem backup, the job was complaining that the "job was created using too old a version of the Filesystem Plugin".
Once we went in to the backup job via Job Management, did a Edit/View, and modified his backup by deselecting the system settings (old filesystem plugin) and then selecting system state (newer filesystem plugins), then closed the filesystem plugin window, saved his changes and re-submitted the job, it resolved the issue. -
