Symptoms:
When using nvrestore to create a restore job via CLI, the command returns an error:

nvrestore -create 4 -title sql_cli_restore -path local/spiderman
Failed to find match for component 'local/' in 'local/spiderman' in the selection tree

Reasons
nvrestore currently only supports the File System plugin.
There are several improvement requests raised with R&D to get more plugins supported.

nvrestore can only be used to create File System plugin cli restore jobs
