Symptoms:
XLS-8000 library doesn't recognize barcodes.
1. Right click on the library and select Modify
2. Go to the Configure tab, right click on the library and select Configure
3. Under the Configuration tab uncheck the “Can not request barcodes" and “Can not retrieve barcode" boxes.
4. Click on OK and then save the new configuration.
