Overview/example of how to view wireshark trace to check for network traffic transmissions and payload between a specific netvault server and client.
This can be used to illustrate/prove networking issues for backup failures and other connectivity issues.

The customer will have to install wireshark on the affected server and clients and set the application to capture network trace during the time period that the failures occurr.
Then supply wire shark trace from the affected machines

as we are looking at message transfer issue between the job manager(server) and plugin (client)


1- install the wireshark application

2 - use this to open the wire shark trace files (supplied by the customer)
note you will need 2 trace files one from the server and one from the client

3 - establish the ip addresses for the netvault client
